Packaging
All of our jewelry will arrive in an exquisite, luxurious gift box free of charge.  Our TREND and CLASSICS collections will arrive in a custom made, blush pink designer box with a black silk ribbon. The SOPHISTICATES and EXCLUSIVES collections are delivered in elegant black silk designer boxes adorned with pink satin ribbons that carry the designer’s signature. In each box you will receive a comprehensive brochure that explains the symbolic meaning and the technical functions of the magnetic front closure as well as the warranty.  If you are sending our jewelry as a gift, we will be happy to inscribe any gift message you choose. Please fill in the indicated fields upon purchasing.
Returns And Exchanges
Our SOPHISTICATES and EXCLUSIVES collections are handmade to order and are returnable for credit or exchange only.
All other collections are returnable for credit, exchange or refund. Simply return the item within 7 days of receipt for a prompt refund, exchange or credit.  Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number. All returned items must be in original condition. It must be carefully packed in the original packaging and safely shipped back via your preferred shipping method provided it is registered and insured.  Please use a hard box to insure that the jewelry is not damaged. We will not accept the return of damaged or worn merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Natural Variation
Please note that all stones will naturally vary to some degree in color, size and shape.
Warranty
All United Heart products are warranted against breakage due to defects in the material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.  Our warranty program does not cover against scratching or damage caused by improper handling of the object.
Repairs
Should a repair be needed that is not covered under our warranty please simply contact us and we will gladly provide with a cost and time estimate for the repair.

Shipping Information
As a courtesy to our online customers we offer free shipping and handling by USPS within the United States. For international orders please contact our office by phone or email to discuss shipping methods.
You should receive your order within 3 to 5 days once your order has been processed.
If you prefer your order to be shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Air please let contact us and we will be happy to quote you the respective price.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billed or shipped to the state of Pennsylvania (6%).
Phone Orders
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure online ordering system, you can place an order by telephone. To place a telephone order, select the items you wish to order and call us at 215-794-3616 with your credit card number. and we will place your order.
Shipping to a location other than billing address
To ship to another address (domestic only), please enter your address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field on the billing page during the ordering process.
